City Blossoms’ six programs create a pathway of youth engagement with nature and garden-based learning that begins in early childhood and continues through high school and into early career. Our programs incorporate free and affordable in-school and out-of-school activities, community engagement opportunities, resources, and educator trainings.

School Garden Partners

We work with coordinated groups of elementary and middle schools to design and incorporate gardens into their programming over multiple years. City Blossoms is always interested in collaborating with new schools and education centers to create gardens and curricula that meet the needs of the school community. Check out our consulting page to learn more, or contact willa@cityblossoms.org to explore potential partnerships.  If your school isn't quite ready for a garden yet, consider a field trip to one of our Community Green Spaces with your class.

Additional Resources

We support educators and community members by providing large and small group coaching around garden and nature- based education, program and resource development, and facilitation of community focused engagement, with a particular focus on cultural connectivity.

Our team produces sharable resources such as our bilingual cookbook, Garden Gastronomy/Gastronomía del Jardín, available in our shop. We also have a number of free resources available digitally.
