Fellowships

City Blossoms fellowships are designed to support the professional development of young leaders interested in community and youth engagement, non-profit management, outdoor education, urban agriculture, and environmental and food justice.

Fellows work side-by-side with the City Blossoms team, receive training and coaching, and are provided the opportunities to lead their own projects within program areas. Fellowships are offered annually, require 20 hours a week, and include an hourly wage.

City Blossoms is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE). Qualified applicants are considered for employment without regard to age, race, color, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, veteran status, or any other class protected by law. People of color, especially those from the Washington DC area, are strongly encouraged to apply. Reasonable accommodation will be made so that qualified disabled applicants may participate in the application process.
