Join City Blossoms in the Kelly Miller garden! Tasks for this workday will include garden winterizing activities such as weeding, cutting back perennials, and planting bulbs s to prepare the space for winter.

If you are bringing your children to volunteer or participate with you, there is a field to list their names and sign on their behalf. If you are a youth volunteer or participant under 18 years of age, you can fill out the form as usual and have your parent/guardian review and sign at the end. Email cara@cityblossoms.org with any questions.

About the space: The Farm at Kelly Miller is a collaborative space managed by Dreaming Out Loud with land provided by DC’s Department of Recreation. This space functions as a production farm and Community Green Space for all ages. The City Blossoms team hosts weekly programming within the Farm’s youth garden, where we provide free drop-in times for children to connect with nature through art and garden-based activities.
