At City Blossoms, we are dedicated to maintaining everyone’s safety and well-being. Our team is continuing to closely follow all updates from local authorities regarding COVID-19.

City Blossoms’ COVID-19 Safety Updates & Guidelines:

As we invite participants and volunteers back into our Community Green Spaces, we ask that you please keep each other safe in the following ways [updated 7/15/2022]:

  • City Blossoms will no longer require masks for staff members or any other persons during workdays unless in an indoor setting (such as greenhouses, school hallways, or the City Blossoms Studio). Masks are now optional for all staff members and visitors during outdoor programming, including Open Times.

  • We are asking our staff, volunteers, and participants to refrain from attending workdays or programming if you or someone within your household has a fever or any other symptoms outlined by the CDC.

  • We will continue to make available single-use masks and hand sanitizer at each garden where City Blossoms staff are present.

The City Blossoms Studio is currently closed for all unscheduled visits. If you plan to visit the Studio, please schedule with City Blossoms staff first. The Studio garden will be accessible along with restrooms as needed for scheduled programming. City Blossoms staff will continue to be present in the gardens during programming. Children, youth, partners, and staff are no longer required to wear masks to enter City Blossoms gardens.

Please note, our staff will primarily be working with children and families during Open Times programming. If you are interested in volunteering as an individual, please visit our volunteer page or email cara@cityblossoms.org to learn more.
