Discuss blanching and freezing veggies, "kitchen sink" quick recipes for freezing, crisping and reviving highly perishable items, proper storage for root veggies v herbs v fruit. And if, after all that, you still have food to throw away, we will go over simple easy composting options at home or in the city.
