			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>City Blossoms is seeking dynamic, creative, garden-loving individuals to fill 3 Winter/Spring project-based internships positions with focuses on outreach, administrative support, and programming.</p>
<p>Experience in education (schools, summercamps, out-of-school programs) is required and Spanish-speaking skills are a plus. Gardening and/or Arts knowledge/confidence is extremely helpful! Must be available to work weekdays and some Saturdays. Upon completion of internships City Blossoms compensates interns by:</p>
<ul>
<li>offering community service hours or internship credits to high school interns</li>
<li>offering credits or stipends to undergrad and/or graduate students and others</li>
</ul>
